Ho ho ho and all that jazz! This post will be all things Christmas related...except actual Christmas. But that will come later!
At the beginning of the month, we went downtown to shoot some pictures to use for our Christmas card. The photo above is the one I chose. I have used Walgreens the past couple of years and have been very pleased with the way they turned out!

We visited Santa at the Taft Museum
December also brought a welcome visit from our friend Sarah! The girls were so excited and we got to make and paint salt dough ornaments with her!
We also had another visitor...our Elf on the Shelf! This is the first year we welcomed this little elf into our home. The girls gave her the name, Lily Jewel. I had big ideas because for her because of Pinterest...but she's been rather low-key, hanging out on the mantel, in the tree and other high places.
On one particularly warm evening, we ventured out to the Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo. The four of us met Grandma, Xander, Uncle David and Nana. It was super crowded that night, but we still had lots of fun!
