We gathered together last weekend to celebrate Hank's birthday...

Kapusta...sometimes simply refers to plain sauerkraut...this base is frequently amplified with a mix of mushrooms and onions...

Gwumpki...stuffed cabbage. There are many spellings and pronunciations out there...a lot of it's based on where the people are from.

Blackberry Cobbler... not Polish...but homemade with blackberries from Nana's garden...

Charlotte...the wonderful chef...and her yummy potatoes...

Shawn, Hank...the birthday boy and Chad...
