When you hear Shawn call her Ruby, he's referring to the character "Ruby" from the tv show Max and Ruby, (actually based on the books by Rosemary Wells.) It's her absolute favorite and she often wants to pretend to be characters from the show.
The second video is a little longer than the first, but worth it!
